Operations Manager
Greg brings a wealth of experience from his career in the private sector to his role as Operations Manager of Causeway Community Services. Driven by a passion for non-profit work, Greg oversees the daily operations of our CCS social enterprise while focusing on expanding our impact by securing and developing new contract opportunities. His commitment to excellence and community-driven values ensures our team thrives and delivers exceptional results for our clients.
Christopher Simpson
Division Supervisor - Facilities & Commercial Cleaning
For many years, Chris has been a valued participant of Causeway Community Services, bringing dedication and expertise to our social enterprise. As Division Supervisor for Facilities & Commercial Cleaning, Chris oversees our cleaning operations, coordinates teams in the field, and ensures every site meets our high standards of quality and reliability. His hands-on experience and specialized training highlight the strength and impact of our participant-focused model, contributing to both personal growth and the success of our social enterprise, participants, and our mission.
Seungkyu Lee
Division Supervisor - Landscaping
Seungkyu brings a strong background in landscape architecture to his role as Division Supervisor for Landscaping at Causeway Community Services. With many years of experience working as a field supervisor and technician, he leads our groundskeeping teams across a wide range of outdoor maintenance and seasonal services. His blend of design knowledge and hands-on field experience ensures our clients receive well-planned, professionally executed landscaping care delivered by trained, reliable staff.

Our training programs focus on core commercial cleaning skills—such as hygiene standards, safe chemical use, and equipment handling—while also offering specialized training in pest control, painting, and general trades work. Participants gain industry-recognized skills, safety certifications, and practical experience that make them job-ready and highly employable.
